10 Year Warranty
Oransi air purifiers sold in North America (120V/60) are covered by a 10 year warranty. Our products sold in Asia (220V-240V) have a 3-5 year warranty depending on the product and market. This gives you peace of mind that the air purifier will not only work well but we will be here to support it if there ever is a problem.
What is covered?
If the air purifier stops working due to a mechanical or electrical issue we will replace it provided the product is determined to be defective as a result of faulty material or workmanship while in normal use. Oransi’s sole obligation under this warranty is to replace, or at Oransi’s discretion, to repair, free of charge, all defective parts. Please see the warranty restrictions below.
This warranty will not be valid if the unit is damaged by the user. This includes if the air filters are not replaced and the air purifier stops working due to the added strain from dirty filters. Proof of purchase may be required by Oransi’s warranty service representative. All parts or units that are replaced become the property of Oransi.
Warranty remains in effect if:
- The Air Purifier is operated in accordance with the instructions provided in the Oransi User Manual including filter replacements.
- The Air Purifier is connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on machine). Warranty for 120V/60 air purifiers are not supported in regions that use 220V.
- The unit shows no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, and/or modification.
- The air purifier was purchased from Oransi.com or an authorized dealer. The warranty is not covered if purchased from an unauthorized seller (ebay, craigs list, etc). If you are purchasing a product and unsure if the dealer is authorized please check with us first. Warranty policy only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
