Delivery update

Due to extreme weather in New South Wales and Queensland, there is the potential for delays of deliveries, including the delivery of scheduled deliveries (Same Day Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Fast Shipping, Express Delivery).

Please check for updates on the Australia Post website who will provide regular updates on the disruptions of delivery to and from flood-affected regions of NSW/QLD.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery services may also implement measures to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, this may result in the potential for delays of deliveries. Please refer to the Australia Post website for updated information.

Our warehouse team will process and dispatch your order on the same day if the order is received by midday. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they might be dispatched separately depending on the availability of the different items.

  • Nationwide Standard delivery is $10 when you spend less than $99

    If you’re not home to receive your order

    If no-one is in when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If your order is being delivered by Australia Post, and you choose the Safe Drop delivery option, this is done at your own risk. We do not recommended this as an option for apartment blocks or houses where there is no private/undercover space for delivery.

    We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit). If this impacts your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

    At Dyson we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you’ve chosen. If you are not satisfied or change your mind, you may return your product for a full refund by completing a claim within 45 days of receiving your order.

You must return the goods in their original packaging along with all included accessories and bonus products (if any). If you have damaged, misused or otherwise failed to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return.

    • Product must be the identical model as on the Dyson Australia website and must be in stock and readily available for sale.
